Local Brooklyn dealership is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part Time Automotive Biller/Inventory Specialist to join our growing team.

Schedule & Compensation

Part-Time Position
Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
$20–$25 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities

Qualified candidates should have experience with:

Billing new and used vehicle deals
Preparing finance contract packages for lenders
Processing vehicle lien payoffs
Submitting DMV paperwork and registrations
Handling out-of-state registrations and plates
Processing duplicate titles and title corrections
Posting DMV checks
Managing police books
Stocking in new, used, and auction vehicles
Monitoring and maintaining vehicle inventory records
Processing extended warranty contracts
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Managing accounting schedules
Assisting with deal breakdowns for banks
Performing additional administrative duties assigned by management

Position Requirements

Previous automotive billing or dealership office experience preferred
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Familiarity with DMV/title processing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
