Position Overview:

• Alfa Romeo and Maserati of Englewood Cliffs is seeking a highly motivated and polished

• Professional Sales Associate to join our elite team. This role is ideal for an individual who is

• passionate about luxury automobiles and thrives in delivering an exceptional, white-glove client

• experience. As a brand ambassador, you will represent two of the most iconic names in

• automotive excellence while guiding clients through a seamless and personalized purchasing

• journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience tailored to each client

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles, features, and brand heritage

• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and follow-ups with professionalism and attention to detail

• Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery

• Maintain CRM records and consistently follow up on leads

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards

• Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Ability to deliver a high-end, client-focused experience

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
