What We’re Looking For

Must have:

• 2+ years of dealership automotive sales experience (required)

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication & customer service skills

• Professional appearance and high integrity

• Ability to work Sundays and rotating evenings (Saturdays OFF!)

• CRM knowledge preferred

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

We also welcome candidates with:

• Retail sales

• Call center experience

• Phone sales

• Cold calling / telemarketing

• Hospitality or customer-facing service experience

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the showroom, on the lot, and by phone/lead response

• Present, demonstrate, and sell new & pre-owned vehicles

• Maintain a strong personal sales pipeline

• Make approximately 500 outbound calls per month

• Follow up with warm leads, internet prospects, and unsold customers

• Guide customers through the entire sales and financing process

• Maintain excellent reviews and customer satisfaction

• Represent the dealership in a professional, courteous manner
